This past year I purchased a bike from Clark cycle and had a memorable experience doing so . Mr Clark is a very talented and amazing person and even though I had some trouble when I ran over glass he helped me get back on the streets again . I'm very thankful that there is a bike shop out there that cares deeply about their customers and treats them well will definitely continue doing business with this shop for years to come. Went in today to get air in tires and ended up getting full inspection. Within 3 pulls of the brakes they completely came loose. Clark readjusted and tightened brakes and also fixed flat. The most outstanding service I’ve had this year along. The information that he passes and teaches you as you get service is priceless. Also has custom bikes which I definitely recommend. Ride a custom bike in store and Almost canceled Christmas (sorry kids) That fact that I stopped my day to write a review should tell you the experience here was great. Highly recommended Thanks Clark.

Mr. Clark the owner himself took care of me within 24hrs! Exceeded my expectations! I had to change my tires and inner tube's and he delivered! Definitely recommend Clark Cycle in Chicago Heights
