I took my bike in for a brake bleed and a new set of brake pads. The owner told me it could take up to two weeks because they were backed up. After two weeks, I called them. I was told he hadn't gotten to it yet. But it'll be soon. ANOTHER two weeks later I've heard nothing. So I just stop by the shop. My bike hadn't been touched for the entire MONTH it was in this mess of a shop. The guy working at the time was super nice and got me sorted in about an hour. So why on earth did the shop owner hold my bike hostage for a month with zero communication for around an hour of work? Never take your bike here if you want anything done in a reasonable amount of time. Not even an offer of a small discount for the absurd wait.

A great bicycle shop! Came in to see what was up with my bike’s back tire and they fixed it up quickly and for a fair price. While I waited for only ten minutes, I browsed their massive selection of bicycles. Plus, there’s a lot of biking gear and accessories to shop for, like handlebars, seats, lights, mirrors, and even some decals. Would definitely recommend for anyone who bikes!

It was a a 2week wait and 75$ for a bike assembly, i had the bike assembled finally get to ride it and the brakes barely work, changing gears caused the chain guard to break, and the handlebars are off center, its like they took it out if the box put the wheels on and that was it..

Nice employees but not that impressive of a place. More for road bikes vs mountain bikes which is fine, and not so serious of riders I would say. Not that I’m a serious rider, but had the used bike ship feel vs the technical feel of Bike Gallery. Cool cat and the mechanics are nice. Owner dude is cool, just needs some cleaning and focus on professionalism and cleanliness/organization of store and shop.

Great bike shop! Dan is super helpful and went the extra mile in showing me how things worked so I could be able to handle things when I'm way out in the woods or the desert. Great prices and service.
