⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this bike shop, just a quick 20-minute drive away! Zach assisted me and went above and beyond. Not only did he help replace my bike, but he also took the time to check the other tire to make sure everything was in top shape. I picked up some great accessories too—a bike horn and a phone holder that make my rides even better. Zach even recommended a fantastic app to enhance my biking experience. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service and support I received. Highly recommended!

I received 5 star service here! Zach helped me pick the perfect bike! Cody/Coby put my bike together and made the adjustments to fit my body! Kelsey stayed late just so I could pick up my bike and made sure I was comfortable riding! This was truly great team work! Thanks again for this great experience.this is my first time back on a bike in 30yrs

I bought a 2023 BMC URS LT two online from this shop. The experience was quite good other than it took about 10 days for my bike to ship. They stated that upfront so I’m not holding it against them but be patient. I ended up buying a top tube bag from them recently as well. The bike is amazing and they had an outstanding deal going on - 38% off!

I had a fantastic experience working with Conte Bike Shop on the purchase of my new BMC. Colby talked me through the bike I was interested in by phone, he confirmed they had it in stock, and he set me up with a fitting appointment with Kelsey. Kelsey was very personable, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He walked me through the features of the bike and the service and support that Conte offers. They invite you to bring the bike back within 60 days of purchase for a tune up and any fitting adjustments. He installed my water bottle cages, my seat, and my pedals. Great tips for caring for my new purchase and desire for me to be a happy customer. Thanks guys!!
