We met Riley at a home show a few years ago. We kept in touch and finally made it to the store for a test ride. Riley went over in fine detail all the mechanics of the bike and the functions of the buttons. After the test ride we were sold. Bought 2 velotric bikes. There was an issue with one of the brand new bikes so Riley went to repair the issue. Riley then brought the bike to us so we didn't have to drive the hour to his store. That's above and beyond what most store owners would do. I strongly recommend Riley and Croton E Bikes for your purchase.

My wife and I are shopping for e bikes to be used with full time RV life. Ran into Riley at an RV show. He offered a demo ride at his shop and we’re glad he did. The demo was more than we could have expected. He spent a considerable amount of time teaching us the basics and giving a great guided riding tour, experiencing quiet neighborhood, off road trail, and highway type riding. He allowed us to try different style bikes. While Riley was energetic and taught us a lot about Pedego’s product, he was ANYTHING BUT high pressure. A great shop. A great tour. A great guy and business owner. He and we KNOW we’ll be back to grab a couple of Pedegos !!! There’s a dealer close to home, but this one is worth the trip !!!

WENT BACK FOR A 2nd BIKE !! Riley is fantastic - Highly recommend this bike shop. Very glad I went! Got a bike for me at age 57 but my son is enjoying it too but he needed one that fit him which Riley was great at helping us with!!! Great purchase - a lot of bike to choose from and customize!

We dropped off our e-bikes at Pedego Croton-on-Hudson, for a tune-up—we hadn’t used them in 4 yrs. Riley helped us get some repair work done and noticed issues with our controllers that we hadn’t anticipated. He was able to accommodate our tight schedule and even offered us loaner bikes while they worked on ours. Riley and his mechanic, Mark went above and beyond in helping us with a last minute missing cotter pin issue on our bike racks. They came up with an innovative idea and solved our issue. We highly recommend this Pedego shop. We have officially named it our “local” shop and will be sure to upgrade our bikes through Riley when the time comes.

After renting a Pedego a few years ago, it was always in my mind to get one, There are lots of e-bikes out there but once you really start looking around you’ll see that the Pedego quality is unmatched. The fact that you have a dedicated local bike shop is also comforting knowing that they will be able to keep you on road. Met Riley at an RV show where despite having a young child interrupting and touching stuff I was able to learn some more details about what Pedego offers. Riley took note of my interests and set up a test ride for me at the shop at a time of my convenience (really a day when the shop was closed). Unlike other shops where I am told to ride around in the parking lot, this was a real ride. After a thorough briefing of the bike’s features we went off and I was able to switch back and forth with the bike Riley was on to test out some different configurations. We chatted about my preferences and then followed up through email. No high pressure sales. Gave me lots of choices at different price points and was happy to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the different bikes and options. Pickup day couldn’t have gone smoother and I am enjoying my new ride knowing that Riley and Pedego have my back should I need it…(though unlikely). It’s evident Riley enjoys what he does and cares about his customers. Hopefully, I’ll convince my wife to ride soon and we’ll be back for a second bike.
