The experience of building my wheelset online with them was so seamless it had me thinking this is to good to be true. But it is absolutely true and my wheels are absolutely amazing. My RSD Wildcat looks even more beautiful now. The delivery time was excellent. The packaging was perfect. They even sent me the boxes and stickers for the hubs. Such clean craftsmanship through and through. I will be a repeat customer. I highly recommend them!

These are hands down the best wheels I have ever owned. They arrived in a reasonable time, very well packed, and they are dead straight to this day. Despite my beating on them twice a week for over a year. Hand-built is the way to go. Do yourself a favor and place that order.

Custom Wheel Builder makes it simple to customize a dream wheel set, it is the customer service and support that goes above and beyond expectations. Custom Wheel Builder built an amazing wheel set for my new bike build. Unfortunately 7 rides on the bike and I managed to crack the rear rim. The worst part about this was the timing of an upcoming trip. Not only did Custom Wheel Builder handle the warranty with the rim manufacturer for me, I was able to ship the hub back to them, they rebuilt the wheel, and shipped it back to me all in 4 days! This may not be possible for everyone's situation as I live fairly local but you can't beat that kind of support! Thank you, Jack and everyone at Custom Wheel Builder. You saved my upcoming trip and made it possible for me to make it happen. You guys are truly the best!

I got myself a set of Noble 32 rims from Custom Wheel Builder, and let me tell you, they're awesome! Jack, really knew his stuff and hooked me up with the perfect set for my Ibis Ripley. He was super cool and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He recommended the Noble 32, and was he spot on! He even added extra grease as I like my hubs to be on the quiet side.
