This is the Trek full suspension I got from Cycle Loft in 2022. I absolutely love it . The helped me get the size that was right for me & every time I have been in the store there very helpful & knowledgeable . The store has just about anything you could ask for and more and if they don’t they can get it . Would definately reccomend Cycle Loft to anybody if your in the Burlington MA area .

Very good bike shop. They had a leftover Trek Farley 9.6 brand new from 2022 in stock and on sale. This is one of few bike shops around that regularly have a decent inventory of fat bikes. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly also.

Matt was great... Listened to what I wanted, type of ride and price range. I was able to try a number of different style bikes, no pressure to buy or the amount of time I spent trying out different bikes !! Selected a bike and returned to pick it up and Vander in service assisted with fine tuning to ensure I was happy. Took my first ride, and it smooth Best part is knowing I can come back for adjustments and service to my bike Thank you Cycle Loft Deb

Very genuine staffs! Their mechanics is one of the best I’ve ever met. He is handy and knowledgeable, and he also teaches you everything about your bike and how to service it.

Definitely my go-to local bike shop. The service department is incredible. From the GM to the service manager, to the techs, they are all extremely knowledgeable,courteous, and customer oriented. For many years I did all my own maintenance, but it is too difficult for one person to keep up with current technology. Cycle Loft rocks!!
