I had been to numerous cycling businesses and CycleMania by far was the most: knowledgeable, helpful and courteous company I encountered when trying to buy an electric assist bike. I worked with Chris Porter who was so very patient with me, explained any and all questions I had and ended up working with me to purchase a bike that fit my needs. I walked out of there so excited! I can't wait to get on the trails now!!

CycleMania is hands down one of the best bike shops around! Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond without any pretentiousness. When we were starting Orange Bike Brewing Company and tight on funds, David, the owner, generously donated two beautiful bike racks to support our startup. That kind of kindness and community support means the world. They’re an incredible resource for all things biking—sales, repairs, e-bikes, gear, safety, and more. Ben, Tyler, Chris and David and Spence (owners), among others at CycleMania, have been tremendous with my Cannondale SuperSix HiMod Ultegra Di2. They helped me work through two things on the bike, which is a dream to ride, and got me on the road again incredibly fast. I am very grateful for this shop and the great people there. They know bikes, are friendly and professional and are always willing to help! Kudos folks!!! Couldn’t be more pleased with this shop!!

This place deserves more pics and more top notch reviews. From the outside, doesn’t seem like much. Once you walk in the shop you’re transported to a bike haven. They have all the equipment you will need, are so helpful, and make you feel welcomed. If not just the friendly staff, the shop dog, Fitz (Australian Shepard) will come for his pets and love as you wait. Everything about this shop makes me want to come back for more. The staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. I went in thinking I needed a new tyre and they directed me not to the highest price item, but to the best solution to my problem. The trust built after one visit was incredible. These are cyclists that are here for cyclists and anyone interested in bikes. To me, trust is the most important and this shop is one I certainly trust. What could they do better...so many tourists in Portland area that may like to bike, so area maps could be cool. I’d love more cycle mania gear (bottles, shirts, stickers, jerseys, etc), spruce up the outside a bit, maybe include some kind of food truck or coffee truck. But honestly, this place is AWESOME! If you are a local and need a go-to place or a tourist and stopping by for a one-and-done experience, Cyclemania is THE bike to visit in Portland.

Brought my xcr mtb in to have a mechanic look at some cable tension and rear shock issues. Tyler called an hour later to let me know the frame actually had a dangerous crack. They showed it to me and I never would've seen it on my own. Super impressed with their fast communication and competent staff. Plus, Tyler understood how sad it would be to deliver that news to someone! What a great team!
