I had an absolutely PERFECT experience purchasing a bike from CBK! It all started with Alex in the shop—he took the time to build a relationship and ask thoughtful questions to ensure I was headed in the right direction. Next, I went through the custom fitting process with the owner, Kyle. Before we even started measuring, he took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I wanted from my bike. He made sure every detail was perfect, from the geometry to the saddle. Finally, when it was time to pick up my new bike, I got to interact with Nolan and Alex again. You can truly feel how much all three of these guys love what they do. They genuinely care and are dedicated to giving you the best possible experience. If you're looking for a new bike, this is a MUST-stop shop in my opinion! They’ve won my business, and I’m sure this won’t be the last bike I purchase from them. Had to take the new bike out on day one and it was perfect! (Except for the weather and crazy wind!!!)

I bought my Bianchi Ultimo All-Sport gravel bike from Cycles BiKyle in July. Now several months later, my experience with this shop has a more full picture. Kyle, Nolan, and Alex have all individually helped me in different ways. Kyle’s bike fitting was top notch. As a physical therapist, I study how the body works. As it turns out, so does Kyle. He’s very knowledgeable about biking posture, ideal mechanics, and getting a bike perfectly fit to your individual shape. I first came to the shop for the bike fitting opportunity because I’m 6’5” and have hurt my hip riding bikes too small for me in the past. I was worried about finding something my size but luckily Kyle recommended my Bianchi, which has totally reversed my hip issues. There have been a few growing pains for my bike with random clicking and the like over the first 1000 miles of riding. Each time I’ve called the shop, I immediately spoke to either Alex or Nolan, and have brought my bike in later that day. Little tune ups for your new bike are included with your purchase, which has been huge for me as I try to keep my new baby running well. I really couldn’t recommend this shop any higher for someone interested in getting into road and/or gravel bike riding. I love my bike and hope to continue riding it for as long as I live. This place cares about their customers & riding as a whole! They'll listen to what you want out of biking and help you accordingly. They helped with picking out parts, fitting me for the bike, and explaining every bit of the way. They offer group rides on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Shout out Alex and Kyle for getting me fitted on this Felt F55!

The service here is STELLAR. I'd leave 10 stars if I could! I'm a bike commuter in the 'burbs and these guys have kept me up and running for years now. Nolan and Alex are amazing -- the Main Line is super lucky to have them.
