I purchased from CycleZoo specifically for their pick up & delivery to my home service & repair! I don't own a vehicle that my eBike will fit in. GREAT Customer service and selection. I purchased a Red Mockwheel Scoria and ride it several times a week, about 10 miles per ride. It is a wonderful way for me to get around with my hips and lower back arthritis. These guys are awesome!! When I got my first flat on the rear tire of my eBike, they got me right in and installed a new tube and performed an annual service. My bike looked brand new again when they were finished! Great to work with, highly recommend.

I have always loved riding a bike, fondly remembering long bike rides all over my neighborhood when I was a kid. In 2021, we moved to Council Bluffs and we now live ON TOP OF A BLUFF and I knew my out of shape self could not handle pedaling up our massive hill. I had been thinking about purchasing an e-bike for over a year but knew relatively little about them. Jarel was so informative, walking me through different features and makes/models of bikes. I was able to test ride several bikes before making my final choice. At no point did I ever feel pressured and I so appreciate that in a research/shopping experience. I am in love with my Aventon Aventure2. My teenage kids have both taken it out for a spin and they love it too! I look forward to exploring Council Bluffs and being able to get back home with ease.
