Best experience ever at a bike shop! All the staff were a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Prices were amazing! You gained a customer for life! Thank you for everything! Purchased a Kuat bike rack and had it shipped out of state.

Had a fantastic experience here. The person who helped me was so informative and helpful. He asked all the right questions to help me find my perfect bike. I left feeling elated with my new ride. They even offered to deliver it free of charge. Furthermore the driver refused my tip! I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the market. Can’t wait for my first ride! And I can’t recommend Cynergy E bikes enough!

What a fantastic group of professionals to work with. Constantly update you on the progress of your bike. They delivered my new full suspension e bike and took the time to go over how to properly manage the battery, clean, all aspects of the bike and all my questions answered. I don't think I have given any business an A++ rating but this group has earned it. A new customer for life. I look forward to spending more of my hard earned money with them. I am extremely disappointed that your shop has been upended as it has! I really liked knowing that I had a trustworthy source of repair and gear, that was walking distance from my home. Anyway I am comforted a little bit by the fact that your shop shall remain open for bike repair and maintenance. If you close completely I have no idea where I may go for upkeep of my wonderful bike that I got from you guys at a very reasonable price. So I definitely recommend that would be customers take advantage of your services while they last!
