I took my bike there after much deliberation. I thought having my bike repaired was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but their prices are very reasonable. Also, any place that has a friendly dog in charge of client relations automatically gets extra points.

Wonderful merchandise and extraordinarily helpful staff. They were able to return a stolen bike to us after the thief walked it into the store. They recognized it, checked the serial number and even dropped it off at our home. Miracle-workers!

I live near Dan's and have taken both of my kids' bikes there for minor repairs in the past year. In each instance the repair was so minor they completed them in front of me in less than 3 minutes. In both cases they didn't charge me. They could have easily just taken the bikes and created tickets and had me come back in 2 days and charge the standard repair fees. Instead they solved my problems and sent me on my way. Good people, competent bike mechanics. They love bikes and keeping people riding them, and it shows. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

I be went here a good 4 different times and was all good except yesterday’s. I went in cause I have a huffy beach cruiser with a 50cc motor on it. I walked in to point the items I needed such as the “C clamp brake and pads” along with tire and inner tube. The tall long haired guy just cut me off in the middle of talking and pretty much pointed me out the door telling they don’t deal with those bikes,as if it was wrong to have my bike this way.🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ just felt like it was more than just my bike, if i could I’d give Negative 3.

This joint rocks! These guys are so laid back, it's a pleasure doing business with them. They answer stupid questions, almost to the point of telling you how to fix your own bike, and are just really helpful, patient, and polite. I wish I could work with these guys. My main contact on the latest visits was Christian (photo), who is everything a bike shop would want in an employee. I will definitely be back to this place.
