Absolutely LOVE Dash Bicycles! I have been going to them for years… since before they moved to the new location with a killer cafe built in! The employees are so nice and informative. I have recently gotten back on my bike after a long hiatus and they are able to address all the issues that have happened with not using a bike for a bit. Their prices are better than other local bike shops as well! Highly recommend them if you need any service or some bike supplies. They also have some of the wittiest fun bike accessories around!

Great bike shop! We were visiting from Texas and rented to bikes that were in excellent shape that helped us tour the city and the wonderful East Bay Bike Path. The team here worked with us when we had to change up our date/time and we really appreciate that. Highly recommend!

Well after going 1 for 2 on replacing my own brakes, I took her in for 1 new set of brakes and a rotor. To be honest, they didn’t want to do it at first because it’s an e-bike and ‘there’s no seat post to work off of’. I came back after trying two other shops (one IS an e-bike shop) to plead with them bc I clearly don’t know what I’m doing. They took pity on me and banged out the work in a couple hours for less than a hundred bucks. Couldn’t be happier. Again.

Dash Bicycle is FANTASTIC. I had my bike shipped when I moved here, Dash re-assembled it perfectly and gave it back to me better than before, rides super smooth, thanks Dash!! (Excellent work, customer service and great price.)

Josh is a great mechanic and was very helpful when I came in with a bike with lots of miles and several issues. He showed me several options for new parts and some new bikes - and did a great job in the rebuild of the whole drivetrain as well as helping me think about what options worked best.
