I recently brought my road bike to Diamond Cycle in Montclair for their Pro Tune service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the smooth drop-off to the thorough communication throughout the process, everything was top-notch. Chris provided detailed text messages with diagnoses, pictures, and clear explanations of any issues, ensuring I was fully informed and comfortable with the recommendations. They were also very accommodating with my requests for specific parts and went the extra mile by re-waxing my drivetrain. It's clear they truly care about their customers and their bikes. My bike feels fantastic, rides like it's brand new. Diamond Cycle's professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service have earned them a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

TLDR: great service, scheduled drop offs for maintenance, always nice and accommodating. I've been coming to Diamond Cycle since 2020 when I purchased my first bicycle (as an adult) and they continue to do phenomenal work. This shop helped set me up with what has turned out to be the best commuting bicycle I could have ever wanted, including warranty and maintenance. They talked me through all the maintenance I should do to be a good bicycle owner, including for the tires and chains for longevity. They've also worked with me to help determine good intervals for maintenance vs how much I ride, since I average ~40 miles commuting per week. Diamond Cycle was able to help me fix my bicycle after I was hit by a car. They got my bike back in pristine order and for a reasonable maintenance service charge. I bought a second bicycle with Diamond Cycle last year, and they were instrumental in helping me obtain a newly released Brompton T Line model that is still difficult to come by. Diamond Cycle has always been great with scheduling and getting my bikes in for services as a drop in or as a planned drop offs. While they can definitely get busy (which I believe shows how many people love this shop and their service) they always do their best to help and service as many people as possible. I am planning to drop off my skis for service this year as well, and have no doubts they will do an amazing job.

Fantastic service. Shop was super friendly and helpful. Set the bike up for my weight and height. No complaints! I would gladly rent from here again.

Bought riding pants. End of the season, not too much choice but succeeded. Had my bike fixed in the spring, they did a great job. Nice guys too

Rented skis for my son. Quick and easy service. Price is reasonable and had a very short wait. I would come here again for ski rentals. Quick, convenient and friendly staff
