Successfully had my bike tune-up done at the Dragonspine Cycling store and I am extremely happy! Their service is beyond what's expected. To put into perspective, I have been biking for decades, and had tune-ups done in almost every bike shop. This bicycle service shop is the best in the Chicagoland area. I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very happy with my service as a first-time customer here Ivo took great care of me. I had just purchased a fat boy specialized bike and since I bought it off Facebook marketplace I did not realize that I had purchased it with a flat tire intact. Not only did he quickly fix this tire he was able to find out that only the valve stem needed to be replaced where most shops would have just replaced the entire tube at a much greater cost. He was able to do an investigation and figure out that it was only a slow leak from the valve stem, causing the problem. The pricing was very reasonable for the work performed. I could not be happier with the value as well as the service of this business and I will definitely be coming here from now on instead of another local bike shop that I was previously going to. I also really appreciate Their efficiency in the way that they invoice and take in customer information by scanning drivers license, etc. this is the best way to take advantage of technology to save time and improve accuracy. I can tell these guys are going to be very successful. 5 stars.

Great bike shop, and even better owner. I visited this shop because I needed to replace the bottom bracket on my road bike. What I really appreciate about this local shop is despite the fact they offer high-end bicycles, they also provide service for bikes of all ages. No snobbery as you might assume once you walk in. Highly recommend.
