After 50 years of riding a range of self-propelled bikes, I purchased a Euphree City Robin X+ at the end of October and took delivery beginning of December. I would have liked shipping to have been quicker, but overall I am VERY happy with the bike, customer service and overall experience. Ethan was very helpful, letting me test ride several models of bikes at my leisure -- explaining the differences between each -- and helped me land on a final decision. He appeared more interested in my being happy with my decision than making a sale. At pickup, he again explained everything about the bike and answered all of my questions. I could have saved some money buying online direct from the company, but was more interested in supporting a local business and establishing a relationship with this shop for any follow on questions or issues. They were very good at communicating during the purchase/delivery process. I'm a 'senior citizen' and veteran, have ridden a little over 100 miles on the City Robin X+ and thoroughly enjoy the bike. It is very responsive with excellent power/speed, and very comfortable. I recommend anyone considering an e-bike give this shop a visit. If you decide to purchase a bike, hopefully it will be from them. I'm confident you will be glad you did.

Went to several bike shops in the area before I discovered these guys and immediately knew this was a group that went the extra mile and then some. They spent time to talk me through my options and even encouraged me to wait a few weeks to place an order to take advantage of an upcoming promotion (who does that??) They kept me informed through shipping delays and even offered to meet me off hours to pick up the new bike before the holidays. So pleased with the Aventon I got and know I'll have the long term support for it with a quick phone call or text. Thanks Chris and co!

My bike looks great and their prices are reasonable, the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me updated through the process of purchasing my bike and have a great maintenance plan that goes with any of the bikes they sell. Worth taking the trip out to Carrboro for and they’re right off of the J line.

What an amazing small business in a world full of corporate giants. A true gem in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area. Not only can you purchase quality bikes through these guys, they'll build them for you, and they provide lifetime maintenance when you do it through them. As far as I'm aware, this (and their Raleigh location) are the only places in the Triangle and broader NC area capable and willing to do wiring/electric and intensive e-bike repairs and maintenance. Very happy with my Aventon purchase; 2200 miles and counting. :)

I was initially referred to East Coast from another local bike shop who were unable to help me but knew these guys could. From the minute I called to picking up my bike the customer service was amazing. Chris Jacob and Ethan took care of me. I have a new Ebike that I purchased elsewhere and was having issues. The guys were so accommodating, were able to contact the company and sort out what was needed. I felt like these people really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I also had a bike rack installed by them on my vehicle and after the final installation Jacob wasn't happy and reinstalled it until he was satisfied. I can't say enough about this company - they are a small outfit and so there may be a wait for your services but it is well worth it. Any bike needs or accessories I will be using this bike shop. Above all I feel like they are honest and respectful. Prime qualities in a business.
