Nothing like supporting locally owned businesses! They have everything you could imagine and can order anything. I've personally bought a bike and indoor trainer, couldn't be happier. The owner is super helpful and nice! If you are wanting a nice bike stop in and check them out!

I moved into the area two years ago and have recently taken my old bike out of mothballs. After riding it for a bit my tire went flat. I brought it in, was greeted an incredible mechanic who took the wheel, fixed the rot cause (Rim Tape had shifted), put a new tube and and then straightened the wheel. Needless to say, he didn't make me wait and did a fantastic job...even cleaned the rim while he was adjusting the spokes. Thank You Paul

I stopped at this bike shop looking for a bike for my son who had just started riding for a Mountain Bike Club in Martinsburg. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us select the right bike for him based on his activity level and height. A few months later we had an issue with the front fork. The owner started the warranty process but let us know that everything in the bike industry at this time was backlogged. A couple weeks later we heard back from the shop and though the manufacturer was unresponsive, the owner gave us the option of upgrading the fork at his cost and he installed it free of charge. Close to a year later we contacted the shop again. This time my son had cracked the frame on the bike. The owner had us bring the bike in and assured us that he would do what he could to try and help is out. He contacted the manufacturer and called us back within 3 days. We were given the option of a new frame or a credit toward a new bike. We opted for the frame and the owner started the task of switching everything over which I am sure is very time consuming. When I came to pick the bike up my son was overjoyed as the new frame was even better than the one we previously had! I have dealt with this shop for various things throughout the years from little parts needed urgently for a race weekend to bigger issues that I spoke of above. The owner of this shop does what he says and I am sure if you buy a bike from him you will also come to understand this. We support small business and are thankful that shops like this still exist. Fantastic bike shop. Went there to buy my first road bike to use for road cycling and a 140.6 Triathlon. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful getting me set up with aero-bars, shoes, saddle, and did a fantastic job doing a proper bike fit. Absolutely no pain or aches cycling related all through training and I was able to place 1st overall at my 140.6 race thanks to a strong bike performance and pain/cramp free marathon run start due to a good bike fit. You can tell that he puts his customers first and takes pride in his work and expertise. Super easy to work with and talk to and I would highly recommend his services for all things cycling related.

I have worked in the bike industry since I was a kid. I stopped into Eeast Panhandle to see what kind of shop they were and what they had to offer. The mechanic/salesman was rude right off the bat. They place is a mess. He gave me an outrageous estimate on a tune up and tried to sell me parts I didn't need. I would recommend going elsewhere to buy/ have your bike serviced.
