$5400 for a Lemon - After spending $5400 on a Sur Ron Light Bee X at eBikes Hawaii, I was left stranded with a dead battery and abysmal customer service. While the bike was initially fantastic, the battery failed after only 600 miles. eBikes Hawaii misdiagnosed the problem, charged me $30 for a fix that did not work, then gave me the runaround for four months while trying to claim the warranty. They ultimately offered no solution except to buy a new battery with 20% less range at an exorbitant price - 2000$. Despite numerous visits and calls, they failed to provide support or follow through with promised repairs. I urge anyone considering buying an eBike to look elsewhere. eBikes Hawaii's high prices, poor warranty support, and lack of customer service make them an unreliable choice. Awesome spot. Wife and I wanted Ebikes. Very friendly hassle free area. Spacious way better atmosphere than Bike Factory. If you need anything bike related go see them. You won’t be disappointed!

I came in a few weeks ago and talked to Steve and he was so helpful I didn't decide to buy a bike last month but he really showed how put together him and his store is and I'm looking forward to going back to see him and buy a bike.

Came across the shop purely from searching Google maps. I can confirm the other reviews of John's shop are solid. John is exited to share his eBike knowledge, and is not a pushy sales man. Refreshing to see someone so passionate about product! Pretty impressed with the performance of this little commuter option, and very appreciative of John's time spent filling me in on the features and benefits of the izip pro tour bike. While I did not make the purchase, yet, it is easy to see how John is spreading excitement for eBikes. Top notch John, top notch.
