I was having issues with my Brand new RadRunner 3 Plus. This bike shop is an authorized shop partnered with RadPowerBikes for all warranty repair work. Mike and Lyle took great care of me and got my bike all fixed up. They made sure to test everything before I left to ensure it was perfect. Not only are they knowledgeable on all electric bikes and components but they're very polite, friendly and helpful. I'll be going to this shop for all future tune ups and recommending them to my family members. Thank you both 👍

We discovered them when we first moved to Florida, before the COVID. We’ve purchased around 4-5 e-bikes from them over the last 4 or 5 years and have always had a great experience.

The team at the Electric Bike Shop are fantastic and really went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were in the right bike. They worked with us on an issue I was having and made sure I was completely satisfied. They really took their time to explain all of the models and features. I was so thrilled with the service I received I purchased a third bike.

This bike shop is full of life saving or bike saving geniuses! There have been never ending problems with my electric bikes from defective parts, wear and tear, and human mistakes. But the workers at this shop always find out the problems quickly and fix them for a reasonable price! They explain things thoroughly and have never ending patience for people like me who know nothing about my electric bikes and because of them I am learning. I will always bring my bikes here.

Simply phenomenal! Great customer service. Tom gave me a detailed explanation about my first e-bike and also helped me take it out for a test ride. No small feat since I hadn't ridden a bike in years. Very patient and considerate. Would highly recommend!
