It was great dealing with Electrify Bike Co. Shipping was very fast. 2 days from the time I ordered. (shipped 1 hour after I placed the order) I had a small issue with a harness, Craig shipped a replacement out right away. I have been riding the CYC Photon on my Giant, Trance 29 2 for about two weeks now. I really liked my Trance before, now it is even better. Just so much fun to ride anywhere, and can take me on trails I did not have the endurance for. Great company, great product. 6 Month update: I have went on many trail rides, and ride around my neighborhood almost everyday. No issues whatsoever. Love this set up. I also did a test over a few days just to see the range. I charged to 100% and rode it about 6 miles every day. It went almost 60 miles before i needed to charge it again. Pretty amazing.

Adam is a real pleasure to speak to... very pleasant and helpful. He'll make sure you get what's best for your bike. And if you have questions before or after the sale, he's got your back. I highly recommend doing business with this company. I converted my wife's Electra Townie bicycle, which has a coaster brake. There's only one kit compatible with that setup, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

This shop is the real deal! We have had limited interactions with the shop since they got us in same day and fixed our bike in less than an hour! I can't say enough good things about this business. Owner answered texts quick and their amazing tech Josiah was honest and skilled. We will def be back to buy from them and if we have any more ebike fixes from our old bikes we have a local shop. Thanks for the great work!!

Worked with Josiah and he was able to get my eBike fixed up even though I didn't buy it from them. Was a long and frustrating issue but he got it resolved, so I will go back to them when I want to buy a new eBike. Thanks!
