Hands-down the best bike store in town! I bought my first road bike, a Giant, at a different store that is now defunct. After it went out of business I started taking my Giant to Elite for service. They treated me so well, and took such great care of my bike, that I bought a new Cervelo from them. I wouldn’t buy a bike anywhere else. Great service! Very knowledgeable! Last year I upgraded to tubeless rims after Daniel sold me on them. Could not be happier!

Honestly, Elite Cycling wasn't the first place I found, but it ended up being exactly what I needed. I initially called another shop, which said they could probably help with my issue but weren't certain. When I called Elite Cycling, I was immediately put at ease. Customer service is more than just being polite; it's about being confident and knowledgeable, and Elite checked all those boxes. I knew I found the right place. I needed a repair for my kids' electric scooter, which had a bad tube. This shop went out of their way and not only have the part I needed but also worked it into their schedule promptly, exceeding my expectations. We were greeted with positive attitudes, smiles, and a willingness to tackle something a bit out of the ordinary. A scooter tire repair vs a bike. They made us feel welcome and appreciated. Elite Cycling has a great selection of bikes, so I know where I'm going next time I'm in the market. This was one of the best interactions I could have asked for. Thanks, guys—you were amazing!

Excellent experience at Elite Cycling!The communication was top-notch from start to finish, and Lane really went above and beyond to help me out with my bike fix and a bunch of other questions I had as this is new to me. He took his time with me and didn’t make me feel like I was asking silly questions. These guys are Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service – highly recommend!

I don’t have much experience with Elite, but they had the Domane bottom bracket we needed, which is more than the Trek Store could offer. The store itself is well stocked with bikes, parts, nutrition and other gear (helmets/shoes/apparel). They also have a dedicated bike fit area too. If I lived closer to the Leawood area, I’d consider Elite as one of my go-to shops.

Highly recommend. Per Daniel's Advice I got new carbon wheels, shave 1.5 mph off my average (from my PR for my lunch rides)
