An excellent bike-fit service! John was my expert in achieving the perfect fit on my new bike. I received answers to all my questions regarding my bike position and my previous biking experience. After our session, I was provided with a detailed document outlining all the adjustments and measurements made during the session. If this is your first bike fit on a new bike, you also get a free follow-up appointment for any additional adjustments. Would I recommend this place, and will I return with a new bike or if I need to tweak my current bike fit? My answer is a resounding yes! Thank you for helping make my rides comfortable and enjoyable!

Had a blast spending 2hrs w Chad, talking about bike position and cycling technique. He was super thoughtful and made some adjustments to get me in a more performance oriented position, but was still very focused on maintaining my comfort. I have been riding more over past few years and I feel like I am ready for these adjustments. I went out and did three laps around the park and felt great. Didn’t want to stop. He said to ride for a few weeks and come back for more adjusting if needed. He was great great great. Whatever your need may be, I feel like he will get it and hook you up!

John was so knowledgeable and helpful during my bike fitting. The office itself has so many nifty gadgets and it really shows that John deeply cares about setting up his clients for success! After adjusting my cleats, seat setting, seat height, stem, and handlebar position, I feel so much better riding and have the reassurance I needed to jump into my Ironman training. He even sent me a link to a new set of handlebars and a stem that will fit my body much better. I look forward to my free follow-up appointment with him to ensure everything looks alright. I had a great experience working with John for a bike fit session. He was incredibly knowledgeable about fitting and took the time to explain why he was making each adjustment throughout the process. It was very cool to see the changes reflected in the motion tracking data and feel the translation to a more comfortable fit. My bike was immediately more comfortable and fun to ride! I would recommend John to anyone in the city looking for a bike fit.

I thought this might be overkill and a simple fit at a bike shop could probably do the job, but there's no way I would have left a bike shop with anywhere near this level of insight and change to how I sit on the bike. First bike fitting ever and I really wish I had done it much, much sooner. After going through everything from the cleats up, I can honestly say that my old position on the bike was holding me back from truly enjoying my rides. Upper body is now much more relaxed, trunk is in a better position for deeper breathing, and the saddle swap John (who is awesome) suggested is night and day. I'm actually looking forward to my next session on the trainer now and REALLY looking forward to extended hours outdoors.
