  I purchased an Enzo ebike in 2017 based on glowing recommendations from a Youtube influencer and the company’s claims that their screws and parts were made of titanium and would never rust. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely false. Within a couple of months of purchase, all the screws began rusting, and I live nowhere near the ocean or lakes. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I reached out recently about where to purchase a broken seven magnet sensor, but they never responded to my follow-up emails. For a product at this price point, I expected much better after-sales support. If you value customer service and quality, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, such as Aliexpress, Temu, Alibaba, or even your local bike shop. My experience with Enzo has been incredibly disappointing.

  Own bike one year control panel went out . Went to store they fixed in 5 min. No Charge great place to get electric bike. They take care of their customers.

  I own two Enzo electric bikes, excellent bikes. I ride them on a daily basis so after 6 years they are in need of a tune up and new brakes. I call local bike shops and they are not familiar with the bike. I google Enzo bike repair and call to make an appointment. They tell me no need just come in. Next morning I arrive around 10:30 am. I’m helped immediately, they help me unload the bikes from my truck and start the diagnostics on each bike. The level of customer service was outstanding. I thought I would drop them off and see when they would get a chance to service them. I mentioned that I came from Vero beach to Pompano beach because it was the only shop that was familiar with Italian made Enzo’s. He fixed the bikes while I waited. I was on my way home by 11:40. They had the replacement parts in Stock!! Pricing was very reasonable. I felt very special they treated me so kindly but then I noticed all others where treated just as nice. This is a great bike shop, level of customer service is above any I’ve ever felt with. Highly recommend Thank you for your kindness and fabulous customer service.

  My second Enzo bike was returned back to you a week ago for a refund. You have ignored my emails, phone calls, and text messages. The new Enzo bike was defective from the beginning on day 1. It came with a Rattling and Clicking sound in the front tires. An outside Ebike specialist recommended changing the ball bearings. After two weeks of riding this new ebike, an error Code #9 would display on my LCD screen. This error code causes disabling the operation of my bike. I consulted with Frank from Enzo. He recommended changing the faulty Controller part of the new ebike. I had to use my own money to pay for an outside Ebike specialist ($100) to install a new Controller part and to confirm other diagnostic problems with my new ebike that included faulty ignition and battery wiring parts and faulty ball bearings. After riding the bike with new replacement parts from Frank, the same problem error Code #9 re-occurred again which causes disabling the operation of my bike. This lingering error code became progressively worst over a 3 week period. I requested to have this new bike shipped back to Pompano Beach, Florida. Frank and Vinnie received my returned ebike and accused me of FAILURE TO INSTALL NEW REPLACEMENT PARTS SENT TO ME (new controller part, ignition and battery wires), therefore, my refund was rejected. Fortunately, my outside ebike repair specialist kept all the old faulty replacement parts and gave them all back to me. I took photos off all the old parts with Identification Part Numbers as proof that we are honest customers and we did the proper installation of new parts. PLEASE BE AWARE OF FRANK AND VINNIE WHO ARE VERY CORRUPT AND DISHONEST BUSINESSMEN OWNERS OF ENZO BIKES. I have already filed a grievance report with the Better Business Bureau to warn other consumers. I am still waiting for a refund for my defective Enzo ebike. Paul Wong

  We own an Enzo Folding Ebike and it is a very nice bike. We had to buy and return 2 of them before we got one that didn't have defects of some sort. One had noise while riding it due to the brakes rubbing on the tires. Camping World, where we bought it, couldn't fix it and directed us to call the owner for warranty but the owner, Frank, was not the least bit helpful. He said it is a common problem. He told us to find a bike repair shop and have them fix it but he wanted us to pay for that and we had to argue to get him to agree to pay under the warranty, but then he put a $20.00 cap on it. I could not find a bike shop to work on the Enzo so I was forced to pay $134.00 to send it back to the the company and Frank then refused to refund my credit card for the bike and I had to dispute it with my credit card company. After 60 days, the second one had a full charge but the power would not work. I called the company and asked what to do and Vince said to "press on the round magnet near the 'something'". I did that and it still did not operate so that one went back to Camping World. The problem is with the owners who are very rude and not at all helpful. Once you buy the Enzo you are on your own to get repairs even if it is new and under the 2 year warranty. At $1699.00 they should honor their warranty and be nice to their customers!!!
