Home town bike shop experience in a big city. My wife Karen and I had been riding fat tire e-bikes for the last four years and decided to upgrade to newer models. This time around I wanted to buy from an actual dealer to have the benefits of service and repair from a brick and mortor store. We could not have been happier with the relationship we have with Anthony and everyone at Epic E-Bike Adventures-Fremont St. During the process of buying our e-bikes, Karen decided her first choice didn't have as much power as she liked. With 30 miles on the bike, Anthony had her return it for a full refund and pay only the difference for the bike she decided on. In the end, Karen went with the Velotric Discover 2 and I have the Aventon Ramblas eMTB. If you are in the market for an e-bike, stop in and see Anthony and take some test rides. NOTE : The front door to the shop is on the south side of Fremont street, not on 9th st. like your gps wants to take you.

My husband and I recently bought an Aventon Abound from Eric at Epic E-bike, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Eric was laid-back, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. He personally ordered our bike from the manufacturer, and his mechanic expertly assembled it for us at no extra charge. Great local, knowledgeable e bike shop. Bought to Aventon Level2 bikes. Very happy with the service and overall experience. One bike was availbe the day we purchased both bikes, while the other had to be ordered. Waited longer than we all thought, but Eric kept me informed of status. He offered me a rental to use while awaiting my bike which was acceptable to me and worked out great! I got my ordered bike today and I love it. The size and color I wanted. I highly recommed this business for your e bike needs. Both Anthony (service guru) and Eric are outstanding, honest, and transparent individuals with everything in the transaction!! You can't go wrong doing business here!! I will be recommending Epic e-Bike Adventures on Fremont St. to all of my friends and contacts. Thank you Eric and Anthony.

Me (Customer) • Called about an Aventon bike. • Store was hard to find but made it. • Tried the bike, placed, ordered with Mr. Eric, including accessories. • Expected delivery in 7-10 days. Business (Epic E Bike Store) • No bike in 7 days. No communication. • No bike in 14 days. No communication. • No bike in 21 days. No communication. Result • Called 3 times over 21 days—no clear answers. • Found out the wrong order was placed. Given a new deadline, but it wasn’t met. • Finally received a text with an explanation and a promised refund. • Refund processed after 7 days. Not asap as promised. For a super chill customer like me, a simple purchase turned into a 30-day headache. If you’re looking to support local businesses, judge for yourself. A little communication could have made this a smooth transaction—even the refund delay went unexplained. I hope the owner learns from this.

I purchased the Aventon Aventure 2 from Epic E-Bike Adventures. Anthony was very helpful with ordering my bike and getting it put together and professionally tuned. He kept me up to date, and when I picked it up he guide me thru everything and even helped me load it on my truck. I will definitely buy from them again. If you are considering buying a bike- don’t hesitate and give them a call.
