Erik’s has some great ski and snowboard deals going on right now so my son and I decided to upgrade equipment. Greg helped me with a ski purchase. He was knowledgeable about the equipment I thought I wanted and ensured it matched my size and skiing abilities. I chose to have my binding setup by them and was able to get them done within just a couple hours. The shop was clean and neat. It still had a good ski and board selection. Although it is further away from my house than other shops, because of the service and product offerings, I think there is high likelihood I will return there for both biking and skiing needs.

Omg...best experience ever yesterday !!! Tried to fix my son's bike chain...failed...ha ha. Stopped by the shop and it was fixed in no time !!! Super friendly staff and great conversation about 80s BMX bikes with 2 of your amazing staff members !!! Thanks again for helping me turn a dad fail into a dad win !!!

Pete helped us out and he couldn’t have been any nicer or cooler. He helped us get the right bike for my son and got us all setup with everything we need. Erik’s is great and Pete made it even better.

Went there on Saturday to get a new pair of ski boots and Greyson saved the day. I was his first customer on his very first shift and he had me in the best fitting boots ive had in years. Thank you Greyson!

I call Erik's to place an order on a bike that I saw on-line. The person I spoke with was helpful and after answering a few questions about the bike, sent me a link to order the bike and have it delivered to the Deerfield store. Last Saturday I went to the Deerfield store to pick up the bike. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Both great experiences.
