Store was super busy when I was there, I needed to drop off my bike for service. Initially I thought it was just the brakes but there were a few other things that needed fixing which I didn’t know. The person helping me worked efficiently with the line that he had, and was kind and informative. I got my bike back a day sooner than I anticipated and was quoted so I was very happy! With how busy it was I was okay with however long it was going to take though. Everything that needed to be taken care of was done. Thank you!

Purchased a Specialized Turbo Vado 4.0 from Saint Louis Park Erik's Bike shop. Chuck and staff were helpful explaining the bike features, accessories and general maintenance questions.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store and the employee helped me get my bike to the service desk. The guy at the service desk was knowledgeable and kind. He searched out a solution but was sad there was none. He explained each detail with me. I asked about comparable bikes and a young man showed me everything on the floor and even retrieved a similar bike to what I was asking about in the used bikes storage. I felt very respected and important as a customer. I felt like I could trust them. I ended up purchasing a very nice used bike and the young salesperson helped me load both bikes into my car. At 66 years old and very tired, this was much appreciated! Thank you!!

So My wife and I went to the 6515 Richfield location looking too purchase two mountain bikes. The service we received was was bad enough to make us leave empty handed very displeased. Against our better judgment, we went to another location on Minnetonka Blvd, St Louis Park and met Jason. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & answered all of our questions. We purchased 2 bikes and he made sure they were dialed in to our exact wants and needs. We had a great experience very happy with the decision to go back and will be a return customer.

This place rocks! Especially Jason, he made our Christmas super special by helping to wrap up a new bike for my 4 year old the day before so we could put it "under" the tree. He was super creative, cutting and patching together multiple boxes, took the extra time to make me feel loved. Thank you!
