I've been working with the Richfield Erik's for about five years now. We've purchased numerous bikes and snowboards/equipment. The entire staff is always awesome and although Erik's is a multi-location business, this store always feels and operates incredibly local. I can also rave about the service; we've had bikes tuned up and will continue to have all our snowboards serviced. Nate in particular in service has been nothing but exceptional every time I work with him. This is a great location with great people!

sales and service staff are both excellent. I was able to quickly find what I needed and a size that fit me. they later helped with a warranty part replacement and took care of the entire process on their own. just today they did a pedal replacement for me on the spot so I could get some new toe clips on and get out in this beautiful pre-spring weather.

Huw helped me, with great knowledge, pick out the right sports equipment for my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the sports, the products and the inventory. I was in very good hands. I met his manager and have been equally Impressed with his helpfulness and knowledge. I also eavesdropped on an e-bike sale and realized the extent of the knowledge seemed to encompass the entire product line. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction which is very rare. I told Huw this was the first major purchase I had all the confidence in the selection of the product thanks to him having shared the great knowledge he possessed. I highly recommend coming to this Richfield Eric's location for some very reliable product knowledge and sales service

The entire staff with this location is absolutely incredible. Nate in Service and Jay (sp*) have always been awesome to work with. I've made multiple purchases and have all of our bikes/boards serviced here. An incredible local shop!

my rear brake cable snapped so i needed a fix because i was ten miles from home. nicole the bike tech did great work while i waited for only ten minutes, and the other employees were pleasant and helpful.
