As a Physical therapist, I understand the importance of having optimal body mechanics during activities. Mechanics are not only important for performance, but also for injury prevention. Missy is nothing short of an expert when it comes to making all of the little adjustments needed to optimize your riding experience. If you want to take biking seriously, ERO sports is a must.

After being encouraged by some friends I made the 3+ hour drive 2-3 weeks ago for a fitting. Missy took a ton of time and care to properly fit me for my triathlon bike. After many changes and tweaks I feel really confident in the fit she came up with. I was able to ride 4 hours the next day with minimal discomfort and did not leave the aero position the entire ride (which is fairly uncommon for me). After about two weeks the fit feels natural and I am confident that I will be able to train and race more consistently in an efficient position. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to help reduce injuries and be more competitive in their riding/racing. I wish I had come in earlier, I feel better prepared for the upcoming racing season. Thank you!

Missy is really really skilled. Both on bike fitting and how my prior bike fit was contributing to what was becoming a chronic back and hip injury. My physical therapist and dr both commented on the quality of the write up it was extremely helpful. Best money I have spent in anything biking related.
