First renting, after coming to the shop numerous times over the years for tuneups, repairs, purchasing a new high end bike and questions... Consistently one of the best shops anywhere in the city. If you rent a bike here, expect them to treat it like it's their business, rather than renting being a side business (here is looking at you other shops in town). This shop is also the last Jamis dealer in the city, a brand that makes the finest gravel, hybrid and mountain bikes. Check them out!

I love this spot! They are incredibly helpful with guiding and educating you on products and practices. They also are always willing to help and answer my million questions. Pricing is fair and turn around time I have found to be quick. Really friendly staff and a local, neighborhood feel. Highly recommend.

I came in solely to have the back brake fixed (the front was fine) and was told I would be charged for both brakes—$100, which is the same price as a full tune-up. I was nearly charged $150 and waited 10 minutes while they located my deposit in the system. They replaced the gear shift, which was acceptable; however, the handle levers remained extremely wobbly and clearly need replacement. Additionally, there was no ramp at the entrance for bringing the bike in, and I wasn’t informed about the parade closure that affected the agreed pickup date. The brake handle still requires a full squeeze to work properly, so I’m still having issues. I will be taking my future business to Keystone.

Didn't really like the way the lady greeted me when I came in with my bike. After the bike was fixed a noticed a strange sound coming from the rear wheel, this was on a Friday when I used the bike next that Monday the sound was still there and a noticed my Tire wasn't all the way on the rim. The shop is closed today so I tired doing it myself and got another flat. A lot of wasted money this wknd.

I had an incredible experience renting a medium mountain bike from fairmount bikes. I am 5’5” and it was the perfect size for me. I was participating in a triathlon with a mountain bike section and my first time on a mountain bike. The bike was perfectly tuned and got me to a first place overall finish! So excited to rent again and got me very interested in pursuing more mountain biking as a hobby. Thank you fairmount for making the process so easy that I could pick up the bike the night before and return right after the race
