Absolutely wonderful shop. I was riding my bike when a gear started slipping. Even though it's not a bike this shop sells, or even specializes in, they took a look at it and fixed the problem to get me back on the streets. Very nice people.

The REI at Bridgeport recommend Fat Tire Farm when they told me they couldn't service my 19-year-old Giant Rainier's front suspension fork that was seeping oil. Location & Parking: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parking lot is in front of Fat Tire Farm; it's easy to locate and access. Safe neighborhood. As someone who lives 45 minutes away by car, this was a big plus! Quality of Work: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replaced the front fork, after determining that repair of the existing fork wasn't an option, for a price that seemed fair and reasonable. I felt very confident about the work being done. Customer Service: ⭐⭐⭐ Separately, both the sales associate and the mechanic suggested I purchase a new bicycle. I also didn't appreciate being handed the old front fork back that was still seeping oil when I picked up the bike. Either recycle it for the customer or drain the oil and place it in a bag. Other than those two complaints, customer service was great.

Thanks to Fat Tire Farm for leading me to my dream XC bike, but most importantly staying friendly and helping guide me through policies I misunderstood. Always nice to talk moto and get a proper bike set up with Barry, and get shown the latest and greatest from Jay. Thanks again!

Awesome shop! Spent a few days emailing back and forth asking about some bikes. Got a ton of information on em and went in on a Saturday. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and no pressure buying experience. Jay pulled multiple bikes off the shelf for me, set em up to my weight and let me test ride them. Everyone was friendly and super knowledgeable on products. Left the shop with an Ibis Ripley and can't wait to start logging some miles on it! I'll be back here for sure! Thanks again!

It is a absolute joy to take my bike into Fat Tire Farm for work. The work is always done perfectly, the staff is knowledgeable about products and the repairs to my bike. I totally recommend them
