Found FIFIELD on a Google Map Search I stopped in today to ask about parts for my Brand A eBike ... Although we couldn't find the small brake part that I was looking for , Jim gave me the grand tour anyways , Looks like he has plenty of stock And a good display of his whole range of bikes. A large and well organized space . The location is in the rear of an industrial complex, so you have to be looking for the place , so probably not much drive/ride by traffic, except me today NOTE : Just around the corner on Bill Delahunt Blvd , sits the abandoned remains of an old WWII Airship base , and some LONG RUNWAYS, and usually something interesting on the field on an eBike, it's a fun adventure

Very happy with my new Fifield e-bike! The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was able to demo a few models and make the right choice for me. A nice quality bike that is really fun to ride. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!

Fifield electric bikes had incredible customer service. Someone was always reachable by phone for questions. They were more than happy to walk me through how to do something on my e-bike's LCD control. Email response is usually within the same day during the week and on the Monday after the weekend.

I bought my second ebike here last year. I got the folding bike, which I love. It has plenty of power and is very easy to ride. There have been a few teething problems, but the customer service has been superb. I prefer to ride my Gazelle when cycling for pleasure, but this is a great city bike for commuting and doing errands.

This place is not generally open. There is a sign on the door stating that it is open by appointment only. Do not believe the hours listed on Google Maps and just show up. You will waste your time. There is a phone number listed on the door that you can call to set up an appointment. While I was on my phone outside the door leaving a voicemail at that number, a man was watching me. When I was done, he ignored me and walked into the establishment. They don't seem to want to do business with the public.
