I can't thank Firth & Wilson + Transport Cycles enough for packing and shipping my bike in time for the holidays. The service and attention Victoria and her team provided at their Fishtown location was top notch. My bike made the 1000 mile trip in fine shape, and arrived over a week ahead of schedule! Transport Cycles communicated with me by phone, text and email -- then followed up the service with tracking information and a billing receipt. The initial, quoted price was spot on. All this for less than it would have cost to disassemble, package and ship the bike myself. I hope to become a repeat customer and can't wait to use them again. Thank you Firth & Wilson,

This Place has amazing customer service Victoria rocks ! I had my se lager shipped there and in no time it was assembled and ready ! Totally helped with tires seat and alllllll my questions! Thanks again

Love this bike shop. I took the plunge and purchased my first cargo bike here a few years ago, with the help of Victoria! I was able to test ride before hand, with the accessories I was interested in & my kid in tow. I continue to come for bike maintenance and for any bike related needs. Turn around times are quick! Any questions I’ve had are always well received, answered honestly and I’m never made to feel stupid (per my experience at other shops).

I just want to say great customer service. I brought my bike in there today. I told him one issue they fixed other issues which I really appreciate. The lady was so nice at the front desk and the two other guys great customer service I recommend anybody to go here to get there bike fix

The staff there are super friendly and know their stuff. They're always happy to help me out with anything I need for my e-bike. They're my favorite bike shop.
