Your business is on the bike trial, and the sign says open, but your doors are chained. It was durring your supposed hours. Also, Google Maps said that you were open, and the sign obviously was on and visible from the intersection. Your questioning why I didn't read the signs when you should take responsibility and admit fault.

Really great service here. Got a bike for my son for Christmas and had trouble installing the gears on the bike so I brought it here and they took really good care of me for a very fair price. Was really happy I decided to bring the bike here and not try to adjust it myself. Very happy with the outcome and he made Christmas for my son! Thanks!

This is a smaller bike shop and they don’t work on tricycles; however, it does not mention it on their website which we were looking for trike service. We arrived at the opening time but it was not open and the person was about 15 minutes late. We waited only to be told that there a faded paper hand written sign on the top of the door stating they don’t work on tricycles. He did let us know where at could go but it was a lot of wasted time.

Frank was great help! He helped go over the bikes he had in stock. Went to 2 other places and felt the most comfortable with him. His prices where great and ended up buying one from him. It wasn't a top named bike but still a great bike. Took it for a 2 mile ride when I got home and the cruiser felt great!! Will definitely keep my business with Frank for future purchases!

Excellent customer service. So glad I found this shop right off the greenway trail. Came in for just a water bottle holder for my road bike and frank right away offered to mount it for me. We got into discussing some of the other products in the store and he was really polite and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He mentioned he does tune-ups too so I’m planning to take our mountain bikes for that soon. Definitely found my family’s new local bike shop!
