I'm in search of a new bike. Of all the places I stopped at, this was the only shop that I was comfortable in and the sales staff, ( I think it was Joe, but it could have been Jim im bad with names) was great. The other stores were like... this is what we have, this is your size, these are the colors we have. After a short conversation with the guy here, I was considering an entirely different bike than I came in for. And it was at a lower cost. He genuinely wanted me to get a bike that fits my needs over selling a higher priced bike. I recommend this store over the others in the area. I personally am a fan of the Giant brand bikes.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, huge selection of bikes and very friendly bike techs. I called in advance to inquire about a bike and they were extremely knowledgeable about their stock and what would work for my needs. I will be going there for my bike maintenance and future purchases!

We've gone here twice and this place did not disappoint.Both times they were extremely helpful,polite and professional!!! They serviced my son's huffy bicycle and made sure everything was safe for him to ride around town!!!!

A big thank you to Frankford Bicycle Shop!! Bought a bike from garage sale for granddaughter to practice riding. It needed brakes & adjusted. Since we are from Warren tried a shop there. Man was rude & said it needed all kind of repairs. Well, the Girard shop fixed it & in record time. Will definitely will be back!!

This is the best bike store in the area. Friendly knowledgeable staff with no pressure. If your bike needs fixed, this is the place to go. Their repair prices are extremely reasonable too. And on a side note, please disregard people that leave bad reviews that have no clue about the bike industry. There are very slim profits made for bike stores selling bikes now due to online sales. You would have to be a complete moron to expect the store to do a special order for a bike that you are unsure about for you or your son, and then expect to return it if you don't like it. That special order bike will then sit in the store if no one else buys it.
