Very pleased with service provided by this bike shop on 1/15/25. I had purchased a used bike on eBay and needed to get lights, tire tools and adjustment of the seat. Teresa used a big protractor to adjust the seat to give the correct angle of my knee with pedal at the bottom. The next day I rode 45 miles and the seat adjustment felt perfect. On the 17th I came back to with a gear-shift issue. Teresa invited me to ride around the building while she trailed me and watched to see if the issue popped up again. No luck there. When I saw that a complete tuneUp was on sale for $150 instead of $200 I decided to get that done. Finally when I checked out Teresa asked if I would like a group ride, which I did. She gave me the name and number of a man who leads rides every week from their parking lot. I'm grateful for that connection since I'm new in the area.

Have a nice stock of things and the person who took care of me was awesome as well!! Thanks for the advice! Went to Big Creek free ride and it was dope!!

These guys are top notch. This is what excellent customer service looks like. I had multiple issues with a cheap bike that I purchased and no matter how small the issue, these guys took care of me . They're super reasonable, don't try to upsell, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Matt, Teresa, Adam and the rest of the crew are true professionals and I would highly recommend Free Flite Sandy Springs every any day.

Teresa was amazing! She was incredibly nice and friendly. Teresa took the time to help me with everything I needed, and her customer service was excellent. If you’re looking for a welcoming and helpful experience, definitely stop by and ask for Teresa!

The location is 30 minutes from my home. The shop was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and professional. The products offered are of good quality and the shop is cycling focused. Most important to me was the level of knowledge the staff had in answering my questions and offering solutions.
