Went here for derailleur/shifting issues which they identified as a bent derailleur hanger. When I mentioned the bike has never really shifted properly they suggested upgrading my derailleur which I ended up having them do. I just took my bike out for the first time after getting it back and finally have a bike that shifts the way it should! So grateful for the staff for recommending this upgrade! I really didn’t realize it would make as much of a difference as it has!

Count on this stellar service team for friendly, knowledgeable service. They’ve done assembly for us and have done repairs/upgrades to our old bikes, and their work is exceptional and quickety-quick. Ten for ten: can recommend! Five Stars!

Absolutely amazing service from the team at Canton road Free-Flite. I purchased a new Trek Rail 9.9 and they took their time to set up the suspension to my specs and walk me through all the technology on the bike. The Smith rep happened to be in the store at the time and he was very helpful in guiding me with the best helmet on the market. 5 stars I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bike or a shop to service their bike.

Absolute phenomenal store with very experienced people. Carl and David went above and beyond to help me get the proper bike and made sure I had everything that I needed as well as make adjustments. Even had a few issues after the sale that I found while on the trail and the team took care of it with no questions asked. Top notch service and support. 100%

We visited to pick up some new pedals for my sister in law’s wheel bicycle. She has cerebral palsy and needs bike pedals to hold her feet in place- not clip less. Enter Roofus. Roofus was exceptionally professional and did not try to oversell us and actually opened the package to show us how to install the petals. It was only a nine dollar purchase but Roofus treated us like we were spending $3000 on a bicycle. We’re all set on bikes, but when we need new ones, we’re going to go here. Recommended
