My experience today was awesome. I installed a new derailleur/brake lever and couldn’t get it adjusted properly. My tech quickly found a problem inside my other derailleur shifting mechanism, fixed it and adjusted both derailleurs all in about 15 minutes for $30. Well worth the money spent for this person’s expertise. I wish I got his name so I could give him a shout out.

My husband and I have taken 2 bikes into this shop for repairs. After reading all the positive reviews, I was looking forward to working with this shop. Unfortunately, the repair work seems pretty good, but both bikes had other issues when we received them back that they didn't have before we took them in. The people at the shop did try to fix those issues as best they could, but our bikes still aren't riding quite like they were before. Not sure if it makes a difference or not, but we took in bikes that are not brands they sell there. We decided to look for another shop for future bike repairs.

Drew does a great job working the service desk. He ensures that my bikes are turned around quickly and with great work done. He's very attentive and is a key team member at East Cobb Free Flite.

Brought my new bike in for a tune up. As it was a new bike, the service tech worked up a price they met my needs. Elizabeth was very nice upon pick-up, Tad assisted to put my bike back into the car without hesitation. Will highly recommend. Thank you.
