The guy clearly saw me standing inside the shop, waiting to be helped, but he didn’t care, he walked away to comb his hair, then came back closer to the front to grab something, and walked away again. The whole time, I was able to see him, he was not doing anything, really, yet he ignored my presence for good 10 minutes, and who knows how much longer it would be… I left. No wonder the reviews are the way they are. There is another bike shop a block away, so I recommend not to waist your time going to Garcia’s. He should just close his shop and stay at home.

I have been coming to this shop for a couple of years and never had any issues. However, I had the worst experience the other day in which the owner started to curse at me and wanted to physically fight me for no reasons at all. He seemed to be under the influence and was acting erratically. I will definitely not come back.

The owner from that bike is rude and not reliable at all.

I will never be coming back to this bike shop due to this guy breaking my brand new buy after going to his shop multiple times with other bikes. And after telling him how he messed it up he proceeded to close the shop and tried to start a fight after he said “I never want to see you 2 again or your bikes”. This is the WORST bike shop in all of California!
