If you are in the market for a new bike, do yourself a favor and give Garrisons a chance. They are an independent company that invests in quality products. They are the best bike nerds. People who are passionate about bikes, bike culture, bike parts….. you name it. Swing in for a chat and within minutes you’ll know what I mean. I worked with Mark directly (and the owner Rob indirectly through email) and it was a fantastic experience from moment one. Do not make a decision on your next bike purchase until you give them a few minutes of your time. I’ve bought 5 bikes from Trek (wife and I, first bike for daughter, and 2 bikes for son), and was all in for buying my next bike from them, but I couldn’t be happier that I was unable to buy a bike there. The experience from Garrisons was more than I could have anticipated.

I can’t say enough good things about Rob and the team at Garrison’s. I drove two and a half hours to get there, and it was 100% worth it. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. They genuinely want to make sure you get the right bike and the gear you need to have the best experience riding. Overall, just an awesome experience and couldn't be happier with my bike.

What a great experience, I drove an hour and a half and it was totally worth it. Rob and his team were very helpful. I stopped in unannounced to ask a few questions. Even though the shop was busy Rob found time to do a bike to ensure the proper frame size. He even ordered different components to double check for the proper bike fit. While there I was able to see multiple interactions, everyone who walked through that door was treated very well. I could go on and on. Bottom line if you are in the market for a bike or parts this should be the first and last place to come. Thanks again for exceptional service. Tom

There is a reason that people from all over the Mid Atlantic and beyond travel here and it's not just for the tax break. During the pandemic, While other stores near me in the MD/DC/VA area had limited or no stock and everything else was on backorder, Garrison' had multiple FS Santa Cruz and Pivots in three different builds and all the accessories one could possibly want. That's foresight, sound business practice and a love for the craft.. I highly recommend and they are great to work with. My friends have been converted.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rob and the team at Garrisons...first time customer and they did a tune up and minor repairs on an older Fiji bike. Their expertise was really impressive as well as being very customer focused. Prices are very fair and their selection of accessories is really incredible. Highly recommended for bikers of all levels of riding!
