Giant Las Vegas continues to provide the best service at affordable prices. I bought my first full suspension mountain bike 3 years ago off of Facebook and they been a great support with all of my upgrades, on going maintenance needs and advice on how best to care for my bike. Josh at the Mountain Edge location is great with customer service and can fix anything. I won’t take my bike any where else.

I absolutely LOVE the people in this store!!!! You guys are always knowledgeable, friendly super professional And I always walk out with a smile!!! (And of course, with anything I needed for my bike) 10/10 😁

Had a great experience with Giant in Henderson, NV. Adam was super informative & extremely patient with me. Answered all of my questions, and ultimately put me on an amazing e-bike! I cannot thank him & his store enough. You guys rock!

The guy was nice. Laid out he price straight up. Decently priced. I got a full tune up and armour for my Vitus Nucleus and they got done with it in a day. Highly recommend them for most of your issues if you don’t got time

Went to a few bike shops and they were the most helpful. They spent a lot of time with me as I’m new to this and didn’t know what would suite my needs. They were not pushy on selling me a bike and answered all of my many questions. They did not offer the highest price and I felt really comfortable there. I would recommend anybody looking to buy a bike to go to them. Even if you’re not planning on buying a bike from them, they will answer whatever questions you want and not make you feel like you have to buy from them. At least that’s the impression I got from them. If I have any bike needs in the future, I will be going to them only.
