I've visited Global bikes a few times for bike repair questions and have bought some bike parts and nutrition from them over the past few months. The employees are very honest and helpful, their prices are reasonable, and they don't try to upsell. They're always willing to share some bike mechanic advice. The shop also hosts welcoming and inclusive group rides every weekend. Since moving to the area, I've met my closest friends at these group rides! Thank you to Global Bikes for fostering and supporting a local cycling community!

Great experience! Visited the Chandler store off Ray and Ron helped me out. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience with all the questions I had. He answered all of them and left me feeling like a valued customer. Highly recommend a visit to this store! Excellent service! Thank you Ron!

The customer service was great, they (John) worked the sale very good. Pricing was better than expected. I will recommend Global Bikes to everyone searching for that one bike they are looking for.
