Stopped in with a strange request, as I'm a regular crutch user and needed some better handgrips for them. John was amazing! He knew exactly what I needed, and showed me a few different options to consider. He then installed the grips I needed and they are perfect. I so appreciated his patience and excellent customer service skills. Those attributes aren't as common as they once were, and John was a delight to have helping me.

We want well maintained, modern road bikes to rent. Global could not have been more accommodating. Young men were professional and friendly. Would like them to consider a 2-tiered fee system. We would have been able to rent for 10-12 days.

We had a great experience at this location. Thomas went out of his way to make sure we got a bike we were happy with. He loves what he does and knows bikes. And this was not a $5,000 bike, but he made us feel like we were making that big a purchase. Please get you bike here instead of a Target or Walmart. You will get great service, be sure the bike is the right fit and a place to get tuneups.
