Great bike shopping experience with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and manager. I was shopping for both a gravel and e-Mountain bike and they helped me find the best choice for both bikes. I noticed very good discount prices now so I’m saving up for purchasing soon.

Scott was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time answering my questions without pressure to purchase. I enjoyed the buying experience. I had been looking for a new 29er for sometime. I was able to find it discounted at Global after Christmas.

I had a horrible experience at the store. The store manager is a snob. He has an attitude and does not know how to provide good customer service. He is arrogant and short in tone. I was ready to spend thousand at the store but because of him being so much unappreciative of my first time at the store, I left and went to their competitor Bike Masters. Bike Masters is so much better providing good service and better prices than Global Bikes. Global Bikes has lost me as a long term customer. I would definitely not recommend to my friends.
