Grady is great. At other shops, we got estimates of a week or more for fixing my e-scooter's tire. From our first contact with Grady to the time we got the scooter back, it took a couple hours. Then he tried to charge us LESS than his original quote. We will absolutely go back to Grady for all our scooter needs.

My sons scooter was inoperable after his friend flew over the handlebars going 25MPH. Hoping for a repair rather than a replacement, I contacted Grady who was able to fix the scooter in about 30 minutes. Grady was very responsive and had excellent communication. I thought his pricing was very fair and was so grateful to have found him! I would highly recommend him!
