I’ve been a customer for generations and they are still as solid as ever. Very busy, but still small town comforting vibe. I was on an early spring, in town, short ride (without proper gear) for errands and groceries when things got “squishy”. They welcomed me in, gave me a “couple of lbs” and I was on my way with smiles all around. Nice to know this still happens and I’ll give them my business straight away.

I did a custom fitting last fall, and it was one of the best things that I ever did for biking. Due to the fact that I had a complicated knee surgery/knee replacement several years ago, mobility and comfort on a bike has always been a challenge. The changes that were done to my bike have really made bike riding more joyful. Jeff was spot on with his analysis and the fitting was very specific. If you are thinking about doing a custom fitting, stop waiting and do it. You will enjoy your bike a lot more.

I tried numerous bike shops before I found Gus'. None were as welcoming or authentic. Everything about the place feels family owned. My last visit was merely to get a basic tune-up, but my interaction with Jeff and Tim was so pleasant, I decided to upgrade to a nicer bike with their help. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else in town. This is the place for all your family cycling needs.

Their stock of children’s helmets has been completed depleted, which is good for them but wasn’t great for us. We still managed to get one for our daughter at least (my husband likes it and I think it’s hideous haha). Wasn’t blown away by the service tbh. But it’s still nice to support a local business.
