Called last minute about getting my frozen Gears looked at. All I was hoping for was to possibly diagnose the issue, but they did one better, after waiting my turn he threw my bike up on the rack quickly worked out the issue and sent me on my way. Professional, accommodating and friendly. Thank you! Return customer for sure!

After having trouble at another bike shop I brought my bike here to be fixed. The owner of the shop took the time and listened to my problems and fixed my bike promptly. My bike is now better than when I bought it new. Great bike shop with staff who knows 100% what they are talking about. I highly recommend Henry’s Bike Shop.

Getting the right fit is so important, especially since bikes are in short supply due to COVID-impacts on the supply chain and you can't really return a bike once it's been trail-ridden. I went to Henry's looking for a hardtail and had one in mind. Matt looked up the geometry, put me on a similar frame by a different manufacturer that was in stock to see how it fit, and suggested a large. Left to my own devices and a manufacturer's size chart, I may have picked the XL, which would have been totally wrong. We placed the order, and the bike arrived a couple of months before I expected! The fit was perfect. Right there he saved me from a costly mistake, and this is a big reason why you should go to a shop like Henry's with experienced staff. After putting about 100 miles on the bike I returned for a free maintenance tune up. Matt gave the bike a more thorough look over than I expected. There was a little catching between 2 gears that I thought I may need to adjust (I've done some basic bike maintenance as needed before), but he found it was due to a slightly bent tooth which he corrected. I probably wouldn't have figured that out. I highly recommend Henry's if you're interested in getting a great bike that fits correctly or need repair / maintenance service. The shop is small, and Matt can be busy, but his expertise is worth the wait.
