Legendary service. Popped in randomly to for a quick wax/edge on a snowboard. Busy season of course and the turnaround was a week out. Without question, the Service person gave my board a quick pass through the machine to hold me over until I could come for a proper tune. Absolute legend. Will be back. Also this place is like a candy store. Dangerous. 💸

I've been coming to Hoigaards for many years for a lot of ski needs. I recently called to ask about something about wait times for ski adjustments and the associate laughed at my question. They made me feel like I was dumb for asking my question. They did apologize for laughing but it made me feel super uncomfortable. Actual service has always been great but my experience with a worker is making me reconsider coming here.

Had a situation that I was not pleased with, Dave with the long hair is a great guy who actually seemed to care about the situation and get my skis right. They made up for the mistakes and took fault which I really appreciated. They turned a bad situation good and that goes a long way for me.

If you want your skis sharpened don’t come here after getting them back my skis looked like they had been detuned for park skiing, maybe they just let the new kid work on mine but I don’t know. If you plan on going back country and don’t have ski skins take your skis here to get waxed they will stick so well you not need to have skins.

Paul made magic happen. Wanted a pop-up canopy/gazebo. The one on the floor was $699. “Might have one in the basement.” Brand new, older model, but the same 12 x 12 size and shape. “Don’t have a heart attack,” he said. “Huh?” I thought it would be a just few bucks cheaper than the newer model. $67. Yeah. The decimal is right. An early Fathers Day, birthday and Christmas for me. Wow wow wow… I ❤️ Hoigaards.
