I have been out of biking for many years, and decided to purchase a bike to get back into it. A friend of mine that rides a lot recommended Howler, stating that they are expert, professional and will give me the guidance I need. I went there and was not disappointed. I left with a new bike that I absolutely love, and will ride for years to come. The staff was professional, and answered all my questions. They even helped me solve challenges I didn't know I had, and reconfigured my bike to accommodate in about an hour. I look forward to Howler being my "go to" bike shop in the future.

Jonathan and Max are so easy to work with. Custom bike builds, reasonable prices (especially with Howler bike park season pass), fast turn around times, and I have a feeling they will go to bat for you if something goes wrong with the bike from the manufacturer. It was a pleasure doing business 🫡

Great experience and I will be back! I came in with a budget hard tail build needing a little help after being treated terrible by other bike shops in the area for not being on a top end bike and these guys were fantastic and kind! They were quick to offer the service and tuning my bike needed, leaving it performing better than it has ever performed. They even went the extra mile in offering some advice for sensible upgrades and discussed their labor rates associated with them. Instead of being bikes snobs, these guys were interested in my interest in the sport even at the level I showed up at. I will definitely be back for parts and service and when the time comes to drop the money for a new bike this kind of service is why I’ll be looking to buy here first! These guys get it! Great service, great attitude!

Jonathon HOOKED IT UP. The guy was an endless stream of cycle knowledge and got me onto a beautiful Kona hardtail. Absolutely no sales pressure and took the time to run through all of the new tech on the bike. Perfect experience, can't wait to hit the parks.

Best bike shop/store in town! Jonathan is the most kind, helpful, understanding, and patient guy I've ever met. He has always helped me with any issues and explained things in a way I could understand when telling me what's wrong or how something works. He takes time to talk to you as a person and not just a customer. You won't regret stopping in!
