Listened to my needs and wants, brought forward the options based on that information, accessories perfect again for my wants. We've been a customer of J&R Cycle since they were located on Main Street Lombard. As always will have my business until I no longer ride. You won't be disappointed.

I shopped on J&R’s website; found an Ebike I wanted and ordered it. Both Ken and Lorna were helpful and courteous. The shop was clean and organized. The lead time I was given of a week was right on time. The instructions I received were easy and clear to understand. The bike rack install was also super friendly and not difficult to manage alone. I have nothing but compliments for this establishment! Thank you!

My family's bought a couple of bikes here so far, as well as add-ons and services. I highly value their straight-forward opinions and they stand 100% behind their work. Great businesses like this are getting fewer and farther between nowadays - if you have any bike needs/questions, come here before they're gone (which hopefully won't be for a long long time!)! Thank you for all you provide!

I had a wonderful experience here. My mom gave me an old bike that hadn't been used in 10 years. They fixed it up good as new! They were also very patient with me when I brought it in - answering all my questions and showing me what a modern bike would be like if I purchased a new one. But there was No pressure for an upsell. Eventually I will be back to purchase a new bike when I'm ready!

Great shop. Friendly people with lots of knowledge. Excellent products. Accessories are a bit pricey but fair. The advice offered is worth the extra you might pay in a couple of the products. I would recommend this shop over others I went to.
