I’ve lived in Jupiter for 34 years, I always known this place exists as a kid. Every experience is super friendly, and the work is very fair priced. Brett, today was super helpful; with getting my brakes bleed. I stupidly messed around with the brakes and let some fluid out🤦🏼‍♂️. This place represents Jupiter very well; a very friendly local team of people, who care and love working on bicycles! I recommend this place to anyone, and everyone who is looking for a bicycle repair shop!

It is great to see that we still have some local charm in Jupiter! Thank you guys for helping Bryce get his bike up and going today. He biked 4 miles at Riverbend after we left. We had a fun day and look forward to coming into your bike shop again soon. Thank you!

Amazing store, amazing staff and amazing owner. Not sure where to begin but J-Town is by far one of the best bike stores in Florida. Customer service is second to none, staff is knowledgable and very down to earth, they do not pressure you on making a purchase rather help you in making the right decision. The store focuses more on customer service and just having a conversation with you than trying to sell you something. The store has a vast variety of accessories to chose from as well as bikes. Techs are fast and cordial and Jeff the owner is a great, understanding individual who truly cares about his business and his customers. I have read some of the negative reviews others have left and I truly do not understand why anyone will take their time to leave such hurtful comments based on lies. I highly recommend this shop and its staff. They are always available, they are educated, they are professional and they treat you with the utmost respect. My brother, my sister in law and my wife have purchased bikes at J-Town as well as a handful of accessories and we are extremely happy with the service and the way the store does business. Pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I've been a customer for over 6 years. I've bought multiple bikes (both new and used) and sold some used bikes with J-Town. They've done countless tune-ups and repairs on our bikes. I've always been happy with the outstanding service they provide and their exceptional knowledge of sizing with the various bikes.

Mike got my bike done in under an hour about and mike was super nice and my bike feels brand new.
