I needed a Last Minute UHaul for a Renovation Project and John saved the day. I booked it online and immediately called to see if he would stay a little bit later to accommodate. John was very thorough, explained everything in detail, and even threw in some unexpected courtesy time. I'll be using John's Hardware again next time we need their services!

I ordered my son bike off Amazon and had someone put it together and they did it wrong therefore the bike shop put my son bike together same day service for a $45 hollar. Before and After pictures are included in post. Also, gave feedback and fixed a problem on the bike I never knew about.

The customer service is superior to all other hardware stores! You not only get products at a very reasonable prices, but you also get great handy advice and service with a smile! The fact that this business is Black Owned, makes it a much more of a reason to support this business!
